Terms of Service

1. What Dost is
Dost is an automated assistant that talks to you over WhatsApp. It is made by Scholete AI. It sends messages, sets reminders, reads what you share, and does tasks you ask for in the chat.
2. Using Dost
By starting a chat with Dost you agree to these terms. You may use Dost for lawful personal purposes. You are responsible for what you send it and for anything you ask it to do.
You can stop at any time by sending stop or unsubscribe in the chat.
3. Not professional advice
Dost's replies are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Anything it says — financial, legal, medical, agricultural, or exam-related — is informational only and is not professional advice. Always confirm critical decisions with a qualified professional.
4. Availability
Dost is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may change, pause, or retire features and plans over time.
5. Your data
Your chats, messages, and files are processed to answer you and to keep a private record of what you have asked. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture, including how to delete your data.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Dost to break the law, harass anyone, spam, attempt fraud or phishing, or share content that harms others. We may refuse service, limit your account, or delete your data if you do.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scholete AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dost, including decisions you make based on its replies.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, the new version takes effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use Dost after that means you accept the updated terms.
