# Dost (दोस्त) — a friend on WhatsApp for everything

Dost is a personal AI agent that lives in WhatsApp. Send it anything — a photo
of a bill, a PDF, a voice note, a forward to check — and it reads it, replies
in your language, and gets things done: reminders, wake-up calls, morning
briefings, exam quizzes, bill maths, drafts, lists.

Made by [Scholete AI](https://scholete.com). No apps, no signups — just WhatsApp.

## What Dost does

- **Reminders & wake-up calls** — set them in chat, Dost follows up.
- **Reads what you send** — photos, PDFs, documents, voice notes.
- **Works the numbers** — bill-splitting, amortisation, breakeven, price maths.
- **Looks things up** — mandi rates, scheme rules, cutoffs, with sources.
- **Remembers you** — a private memory per person, kept across days.

## How to start
